Regency Windsor West Apartments is a new construction, market-rate multi-family development consisting of 54 one- and two-bedroom units across three 3-story buildings with private garage and exterior on-grade parking, designed by Andrew Fell Architecture and Design, with construction beginning in spring 2026 and delivery scheduled for summer 2027.
