LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY

Named one of Time Magazine’s World’s Greatest Places, The Manchester hotel in Lexington, Kentucky is nothing short of a showstopper.

This seven-story build was completed in June of 2023 by Wells and Wells Construction and features 125 boutique hotel rooms with a restaurant and rooftop bar in Lexington’s Distillery District. The hotel serves as a salute to Lexington’s first bourbon distillery, which was built on the very same plot back in 1865.

A few additional notable elements include a fitness center, suites with clawfoot tubs, rich materials, bunk bed rooms, and an Appalachian landscape-inspired color palette.
